Furthermore, society encourages the reporting of illegal facts, discrimination or irregularities through a custom-made channel (cd. “Whistleblowing”) ensuring confidentiality and anonymity, within the limits set by current regulations, for those who carry out communications.
The company also adopts the principles of the Circular Economy and ensures competitiveness in a medium-long term perspective through the development of projects consistent with them and the promotion of industrial synergies.

The supplier of the company is required to conduct its business in compliance with generally recognized ethical and integrity principles and to make use of organizational systems consistent with the Code of Ethics adopted by the Company and to conduct its business activity respecting the rules of fair and equitable competition in accordance with the relevant legislation.
